Native New York cool girl and Parsons graduate Sandy Liang launched her namesake label in 2014. Inspired by the Lower East Side, Manhattan dressing and Chinese grandmothers, Liang never shies away from an unexpected silhouette. Made from a polyester blend, the Lala Skirt is cut to a mini length and features mother of pearl buttons at the hem, and is complete with a tie at the waist.
