Founded by Ryota Iwai, Auralee is a Tokyo-based label that is evolving traditional notions of minimalism in menswear and womenswear. This seasonless sweatshirt fabric is knitted at an ultra-high gauge using ultra-fine yarn spun from extra-long staple cotton on a rare knitting machine. A special finishing process gently brushes the surface and maximises the nap on the reverse side, resulting in a fabric that combines a uniquely light yet springy texture with an elegant, lustrous sheen.
