Tanchen is a collaborative project between Sanchia Tan and Amber Chen. The collections are focused on creating functional textiles that can be used as autonomous and artful elements within a living space. Developed through a series of crochet workshops in Shanghai and Singapore, the Crochet Cosy Set is a playful yet functional design rooted in upcycling and craft. Made using TANCHEN branded cotton ribbon for a cushioned, durable texture and paired with a smaller cosy in concentric cotton yarn, it’s finished with a halo of wooden beads for a refined, handmade touch. Ideal for protecting wine bottles, teapots or bowls, it brings considered design to everyday rituals.
